NKF-N

The Norwegian section of the Nordic Conservator Association is the professional organisation for conservators and other professionals in Norway working with the conservation and restoration of objects with artistic, cultural and natural historic value. NKF-N and sections from Denmark, Finland, Iceland and Sweden make up the independent organisation Nordic Conservator Association - NKF.

NKF-N is based on:

• The international proffesional definition from ICOM
• NKF-N is a member of ECCO - a central document is: ECCO professional guidelines
• The Pavia document

NKF-N is also a regional group of IIC The International Institute of Conservation of Historic and Artistic Works.
